The culture of the firm can be summarized as follows:
- The firm will put client’s interests first.
- The firm will only take work in which it will add value. If the firm does not think it can add value, I will tell you.
- The firm will work hard for you. I like working hard. I will attempt to do more than what is expected of me.
- Clients hire the firm generally to do things that are not easy.
- The firm has good sandbox skills and will play well with others. It is confident and it does not need to beat up on people to look and be good.
- If the firm needs help outside of its area of expertise, I will refer you to people who have good reputations. The firm’s reputation is also on the line when it make referrals.
- The firm does better with clients who want to work as a team or partner with it.
